It's finally here - show day is TOMORROW!!

We are all so excited for everyone to see this amazing show, it really is one of a kind and those who already have tickets are in for a real treat!

Our dress rehearsal went really well and the crew at the Majestic said it was a very professional and entertaining show!

All pupils danced amazingly on the dress rehearsal and seeing it from an audience perspective was a lovely change for all of the staff at RFTS!

We also had the most incredible dance mum chaperones backstage ensuring that all pupils got on stage dressed to perfection!

Show day is such an exciting part of our school calendar and we cannot wait for tomorrow to have that experience once again!

Showtime!

This Sunday is our dress rehearsal and all of us at RFTS are excited to be back in the theatre performing on stage! It has been 3 years since we performed for an audience and for some of our dancers a chance to show work they worked on while in lock-down through their zoom classes. For some of our pupils it will be their very first time performing with us and for our youngest pupils the first time on stage.

Performing on stage is a magical experience and we cannot wait to see everyone’s face light up under those lights. We hope all those coming to watch have the most amazing few hours watching some outstanding dancing and story telling!

Wow! What a week!

Our hard working dancers have been competing and rehearsing non stop!

Our competition team have been competing in Doncaster with some outstanding performances and results! We are so proud of their work ethic and commitment to their dancing and it is paying off! Keep up the excellent work!

Alongside that all students are practising and rehearsing non stop for our show in May at the Majestic Theatre, Retford. All students have their first full run through of the show this weekend and we so excited to see it all start to come together! We know that this year's show is going to be outstanding and so enjoyable!

Miss Jemma & Miss Jasmine are also working hard helping to deliver Dance at Easter Camps across Doncaster over the next two weeks! Getting to give the joy of dance to all is one of the great perks of our job!
